I believe therapy is a collaborative and compassionate space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. Often, people seek therapy when something in their life no longer feels aligned emotionally, relationally, or internally.
I aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences openly, reconnect with yourself, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
My approach is rooted in person-centred and trauma-informed care, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I work from the belief that each person has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and therapy helps create the conditions for that potential to emerge.
I integrate evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring the work to your unique needs and goals. When helpful, I also attend to the mind-body connection, recognizing that emotions and trauma are often held in both our thoughts and our nervous system.
I have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. My work is culturally responsive and holistic, with attention to how culture, faith, family systems, and lived experiences shape our inner worlds. I value ongoing learning, reflection, and supervision, and I understand the courage it takes to sit in the client’s chair.
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with yourself and building a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
