Throughout my life, I have been fueled by a passion for understanding the depths of human experience and guiding individuals toward realizing their true potential. I have always been deeply intrigued by the uniqueness of each person’s story. This innate curiosity about people drives my commitment to the field of psychotherapy.
I firmly believe that every person’s narrative holds potential for growth, healing, and empowerment. It is my privilege to stand alongside you as you embark on your journey of self-exploration and discovery, navigating your path with courage and grace. A foundational principle of my approach is establishing a therapeutic environment imbued with trust, empathy, and non-judgment, where meaningful change can occur.
Central to my practice is a deep focus on trauma-informed care, recognizing and honouring each individual’s unique experiences and needs. I primarily use an integrative approach, drawing from an array of modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
I have experience in providing therapy in Guelph for a variety of concerns, including trauma, grief, PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, and other diagnoses.
