Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider this step. My hope is to offer a space that feels safe, grounded, and free of judgment, a space where you can show up exactly where you are, without needing to have it all figured out. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotion dysregulation, and low self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of where to go next, I’m here to support you in exploring what’s holding you back and what might help you move forward.

As a South Asian immigrant myself, I understand how complex it can be to navigate emotional well-being while also holding cultural expectations and personal identity. I strive to bring a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens to therapy.

In our work together, you’ll lead the way. We go at your pace. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, reflections, and support tailored to your unique experiences. I draw on evidence- based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also bringing in elements of mindfulness and compassion-based strategies that help you reconnect with yourself more kindly. Above all, my goal for our work is to feel collaborative, respectful, and supportive, where you truly feel seen and heard.

Seeking support takes courage, and you’re already taking an important step by exploring therapy. If you’re finding that life feels overwhelming, unbalanced, or no longer aligned with who you want to be, I’m here to support you in creating meaningful change. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, and gently move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and deeply rooted in compassion. You’ll find that I work from an attachment-focused, nonjudgmental, and emotionally attuned perspective. Because our emotions often show up in both the mind and body, I integrate approaches that help deepen emotional awareness, build clarity, and support meaningful action toward your goals. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and experiences. Although I am in the early stages of my clinical career, I bring a strong foundation shaped by published research on memory and cognition, hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent populations, and a professional background in HR. These experiences inform how I connect with clients, understand their challenges, and approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and care. I am committed to ongoing growth through supervision, training, and reflective practice. Having also been in the client’s seat, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself and the dedication required to navigate the therapy process.

I have experience supporting teens, adults, and parents navigating a wide range of concerns, and the desire to build deeper emotional understanding. No matter where you’re starting, you deserve support, clarity, and a space where you feel seen.
