Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider this step. My hope is to offer a space that feels safe, grounded, and free of judgment, a space where you can show up exactly where you are, without needing to have it all figured out. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotion dysregulation, and low self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of where to go next, I’m here to support you in exploring what’s holding you back and what might help you move forward.

As a South Asian immigrant myself, I understand how complex it can be to navigate emotional well-being while also holding cultural expectations and personal identity. I strive to bring a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens to therapy.

In our work together, you’ll lead the way. We go at your pace. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, reflections, and support tailored to your unique experiences. I draw on evidence- based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also bringing in elements of mindfulness and compassion-based strategies that help you reconnect with yourself more kindly. Above all, my goal for our work is to feel collaborative, respectful, and supportive, where you truly feel seen and heard.

I am grateful to join you on your healing journey. To me, healing means more than talking about feelings. It means exploring the whole person: spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and environmentally. While some topics may feel difficult to approach, I strive to offer a warm, welcoming space where no subject is too taboo.

My approach is holistic and informed by attachment, trauma, and addictions. I draw from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. These approaches can help you better understand the different parts of yourself and begin healing emotional wounds from childhood through to the present.

Having been on my own healing journey and worked in the mental health field for over four years, I understand that growth is ongoing. I am committed to continued personal and professional development through clinical supervision and meaningful work with clients. I believe therapy is not only about being heard but also about building a genuine human connection that supports healing.

I have experience working with diverse populations and supporting individuals navigating neurodiversity, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, and trauma, including domestic and intergenerational trauma.
