I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the lingering effects of trauma. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify patterns—some of which may be just outside of your
awareness—that could be influencing your relationships, self-esteem, and ability to cope. By gaining insight into these patterns, you can begin to understand yourself more fully, process unresolved emotions, and make meaningful changes in your life.

therapeutic approaches, including Attachment-Based, Person-Centred, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT).
