I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Emotionally Focused Therapy to deepen your emotional awareness and strengthen connections, and Narrative Therapy to empower you to reauthor the stories you tell yourself. Each session is tailored to your unique journey, ensuring practical tools and insights that resonate with your life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples consisting of teens (13+), adults, and elders.
